Whatever you feel inside, you mirror outside, and the people feel it, even if you try to hide it. SO in order to maintain yourself out of burnout, you need to find what makes you happy.

The moment you get into burnout is just the sum of years of being unhappy. When you do what it has to, but not what you want, for too long, and that becomes a way of living. And if that comes out of the core belief that you are not good enough, or that you must make everyone happy around you, you get stretched until your mind, emotions and body can’t take it anymore.

To make sure you get out of the burnout, or you avoid getting into one, there are several things you can do, and this is what you are going to find out in this episode:
